JANE V. MCKENNA
Jane V. McKenna teaches self-defense to women, seniors and, students. She has trained in street fighting, has a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do Karate, and has run 15 marathons. In college, she successfully fought off a serial rapist. Having avoided great harm, she works to help others keep safe and build confidence. For a decade, she has taught her physical skills and mental attitude to women, girls, seniors, high school students and anyone else who wants to learn to avoid and deal with trouble. She is also a certified Cane Master and teaches cane fighting. Jane is one of only 31 Cane Masters in the U.S.
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Arts in Government and Politics, with a Minor in Criminology, from the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland. She previously lived in the Washington, DC metro area.
