Self-Defense and Personal Safety For Women

One of my heroes is Yim Wing Chun, the legendary woman warrior of China. She was played by Michelle Yeoh in the 1994 movie.


But 99.9% of women are not Michelle Yeoh, and should not try to be. Most women are too busy to spend years in martial arts training.


Every women should take a few hours of time to freshen up her awareness and skills. You can learn how to keep trouble away, and to deal with it when it happens.


Maybe you had a lecture in a big auditorium somewhere. But there is no substitute for personalized training one-on-one or in a small group. By practicing a few basic moves for a few hours, you can be more confident and clear when danger threatens. It can make all the difference and help you take control of the situation.
